Cancellation Policy
♡ To ensure availability for all clients, cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
♡ Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. However, deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date when a rescheduling request is made with at least 48 hours' notice.
♡ Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited and it will not be transferable.
♡ Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice (no-call, no-show) will be unable to book future appointments.
